Refund policy



We do not offer refunds, but may offer to exchange a product if it meets the requirements listed below. If a period of 7 days has passed since the purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange.

Exchange requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for an exchange:

Product is defective

Product is not as described

Product must be unused

Product must not be damaged

To ensure the above criteria have been met, all returns will be inspected by our quality assurance team. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange.

Proof of purchase

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or other proof of purchase. Please note that we will not offer an exchange without proof of purchase

Shipping items

In order to return an item for exchange , you must first contact us to obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returned items for exchange will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.

Returns for exchange can be mailed to: A6, 9/F, Po Yip Building, 62-70 Texaco Road, Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong S.A.R. You will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred. We will not refund the shipping costs.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged to avoid any damages during transit. We may reject an exchange if the product is found to be damaged.

Sale and clearance items

Sale or clearance items cannot be exchanged.
